Eu4 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the eu4 platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using any part of the eu4 platform at https://eu4.app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the eu4 platform immediately.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and eu4 as the platform operator. They apply to all users regardless of location within Malaysia, device type used, or game category accessed.
Eu4 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the eu4 platform.
- Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. eu4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place under their account.
Password Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. eu4 will never ask for your password via email or message.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact eu4 support immediately.
- Eu4 uses SSL encryption to protect user data in transit, but users are also responsible for ensuring their own devices remain secure.
- Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform may result in your account being suspended.
3. User Responsibilities & Terms of Use
Eu4 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable local regulations.
- Attempting to hack, breach security, or interfere with eu4 platform operations in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the eu4 platform without written authorisation.
- Sharing your eu4 account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Spreading false or misleading information about eu4 to other users.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
Eu4 reserves the right to take action against any account found to be in violation of the above rules, including immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account in question.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the eu4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all account financial operations:
Deposit
- Eu4 accepts deposits via DuitNow, internet banking transfers, and approved local e-wallets.
- Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the system. Processing time varies depending on the payment method selected.
- Eu4 reserves the right to decline or withhold deposits that are suspected to be fraudulent or that exceed the prescribed limits.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposit details entered are accurate. eu4 is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the eu4 account holder.
- Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents may include your national ID and bank statement.
- Eu4 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or compliance purposes. Users will be notified if this occurs.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by the receiving bank are solely the responsibility of the user.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Eu4 Liability Limits
Eu4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond eu4's control.
Eu4 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance and technical disruptions will not give rise to any liability claims against eu4.
Account Suspension & Closure
Eu4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
- Inaccurate or false registration information.
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the stipulated period.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the eu4 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of eu4 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written consent from eu4.
Third-Party Links
The eu4 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. eu4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked external sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of the eu4 platform should first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent court in Malaysia.
